Return Policy

In accordance with Federal Law every gun purchase must be approved via a background check.
We offer return of item within 24 hours of item being received into your local FFL dealership.
We must receive the merchandise back in the same condition as we shipped it to qualify to receive a refund.
We refund the purchase price (less 15% restocking fee) of the merchandise only. No refunds on shipping costs.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of his or her ability to pass a federal NICS check.
It is the responsibility of the interstate purchaser to be aware of the laws of their state regarding the legality of receiving any item.
